Kingdom Life Ministry
Privacy Policy for the Sabbath & Feast Days Calendar
Effective October 25, 2026
In short: the app does not send any of your personal information to us or anyone else. There is no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything the app calculates and saves stays on your phone.
Who we are
The Sabbath & Feast Days Calendar ("the app") is made by Kingdom Life Ministry. You can reach us at michaelbenyah@kingdom-life-ministry.com.
Your location
If you tap "Use my location," the app asks Android for permission to read your phone's location. It uses your location only to calculate sunset times and feast times where you are. Your location is saved in the app's storage on your phone so it does not have to ask again. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
You do not have to share your location. You can type in a location by hand instead. You can turn off location permission at any time in your phone's Settings.
What the app saves on your phone
The app saves these on your phone only:
- Your location, if you set one
- Your calendar and name choices
- New moon sightings and aviv choices you mark
- Your prep checklists
- Your reminder choices
- Upcoming Sabbath and feast times for the home-screen widget
We cannot see any of this. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone's Settings.
Reminders
Reminders are scheduled on your phone by Android. They are not sent from a server, and turning them on does not share anything with us. You can change or turn off reminders in the app's Settings, or turn off notifications for the app in your phone's Settings.
Internet use
The app works offline. It only uses the internet when you tap a link in the app, such as the link to the Kingdom Life Study app. Links open in your web browser, and the website you visit has its own privacy policy.
Purchases
If you buy the app on Google Play, Google handles your payment under the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your card or bank details. Google may share basic order details with us, such as an order number, so we can help with refunds and support.
If you buy the app directly from Kingdom Life Ministry, the payment service you choose handles your payment under its own policy. We use your contact details only to send you the app and help you with it, and we never sell or share them.
Children
The app is a calendar and Scripture reference for general audiences. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes how it handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
